个人简介:

万恩泽,国际商学院专任教师,副教授,管理学博士,云南大学国际商务专业学位硕士生导师,博士毕业于澳大利亚皇家墨尔本理工大学。福建省福州市高层次人才,入选福建省“引进培养千名博士”人才计划,福州市欧美同学会理事。主持2023年福建省自然科学基金青创项目“探索COVID-19“新常态”下企业人力资源管理对福建省国际商务的影响及挑战”。SSCI二区论文2篇三审环节待发表。留学期间,三次获得RMIT管理学大会优秀发表奖,参与了多家澳大利亚跨国企业人力资源三支柱变革的项目;曾在500强上市企业旭阳集团任职COE,负责集团层面人力资源绩效管理与人才发展;近三年以第一作者身份在澳洲APBR和日本ACAS等期刊上发表2篇及同行评审6篇“人力资源管理”、“组织绩效”、“组织文化的创新”等领域的论文;参加日本“ACAS2019”举办的全球性学术会议并发表演讲;受国际学术会议接收1篇。同时多篇论文参与国际高水平会议进行汇报,获得了好评。近年来研究方向为企业人力资源管理三支柱及共享服务创新;基于国际经济与贸易的背景,推动企业人力资源大数据及数字化的应用;企业组织文化的创新及人才发展的创新;
